This is my blog. My memories and my thoughts.

The posts are random pieces of my mind. Something that caught my fancy at that time. Many of these may be songs, mostly - but not always - from Hindi film music - which has been my dearest companion all these years. No matter how sad, worried, tense, angry or overall beaten-down I am - this music always lifted me up and gave the energy to go forward. I have an immense debt of gratitude to the music makers. 

There are memories about travel - which is my other driving (pun intended) force. 

Then there are thoughts about movies, books, poetry, paintings.....even people.

I walked down these roads
Not knowing anyone else would like to too
Not concerned I may be the lone traveler these roads have seen
Nice if there was a fellow traveler
Unseen and unknown but there all the same
Nice if our roads had crossed, or will
If there never was - good I was not searching for companions
If there was - for those moments, it was not a companion, it was just me multiplied
The roads were me; I am them
Together we have come a distance
